I’m Michael Lomas, a Web Designer based in Manchester with an anal approach to semantic XHTML and CSS. Well that’s the short version anyway.

I’m also a very happy work from home freelancer who is well assisted by Matysh our male KC registered Siberian Husky whom Rebecca is trying to stud with another KC Husky if anyone is interested, along with Ruben our Labrador / Malamute mix we’ve dubbed a Malador who rather unfortunately for him, shan’t be studded. I like long walks by the beach, cosy nights in front of the sofa – and the odd dose of sarcasm. I’m also a big fan of good football, the likes of Man United, Arsenal and Barcelona spring to mind here.

After a stint employed as a Web Designer in for a city centre agency I decided to make the jump to freelancing and from my home office I now produce city centre quality work (and a lot of the time better than) for local small and medium sized businesses who don’t have the budgets for flash web agency offices and would rather work with a person than an ‘account manager’ or ’salesman’. That doesn’t imply cheap by the way, cheap has a different meaning altogether, but what it does suggest is value, I can certainly assure you good value.
