Having worked with me before the owners of MRT Books gave me a call after they had redesigned their existing websites. The brief was in developing a simple but effective quote form that would allow them to create different input options depending on the choices made on the form.
The front-end is jQuery powered using input validation, AJAX form submittal and dynamically adjusted form inputs to ensure the process is straightforward for visitors. The back-end is a simple PHP script that performs another stage of validation in case Javascript is disabled, whilst checking the sending eMail address against spam abuse of the PHP.
